Most dinosaurs hunted on land, but Baryonyx loved rivers and lakes! 🌊This incredible predator had a long crocodile-like snout filled with sharp teeth that helped it catch slippery fish. It also had a huge curved claw on each hand that could grab prey.
Scientists even found fish scales inside a Baryonyx fossil, proving that fish were one of its favorite meals.
Baryonyx was a patient hunter that waited near the water before striking quickly.
